Summer Excursions

This is my favorite picture from the summer. We took a trip to Salt Lake City on Trax and took lots of pictures around Temple Square. The girls loved the "train" ride and Carissa even thought she saw Barak Obama. (Who knew she knew his name and what he looked like?!)


This was Annie's common past time during much of our sight-seeing.


We also got to visit Jon and Natalia (Peter's brother and sister-in-law) and their two sons, Jackson and Owen. They were so fun to be with and took us to the OKC Zoo and to the Science Museum. The girls had a blast and already want to go back!




Our last big jaunt was the two-ish weeks we girls spent in Kansas visiting my family (while Peter stayed home and slaved over all of his final papers). My sister took some pictures and I uploaded those onto my Facebook page since that would be too many to put on one blog. Now we're looking forward for school start!
